Right to Cancel

If you're ordering from within the UK or EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it — no reason required. This follows the EU's Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK consumer law.

To use this right, sign in to Your Account, go to Order History, and use the "Withdraw from Contract" button against the order — or get in touch via our Contact page. Either way, we'll send you a dated confirmation and follow up about returning the print and your refund.
